Meet Susan Grigsby
Susan Grigsby teaches writing to youth and adults and is also an adjunct instructor in the Graduate Education Department at Webster University. Her poetry has appeared in national literary journals including Quarterly West, The Sycamore Review, and Sou’Wester and has won several awards. Her children’s books include the award-winning In the Garden with Dr. Carver (2011) and First Peas to the Table (2012), and Wisteria’s Show and Tell Spectacular: Older than the Dinosaurs (2012). She is a contributing author of the just-released book Open the Door: How to Excite Young People About Poetry.
